Director of Training for the Mobile, AL franchise. Initial responsibility as the inaugural Director of Training for the company was to develop the initial training program format to be used in the company. I was then responsible for the selection and development of the Training Store management team. My duties also included the recruitment, interviewing and selection of management candidates, supervision of their training and monitoring their continued development once in the field of operations. Other responsibilities as Training director were to analyze the Financial Statements of all locations to determine the areas of operational deficiencies within the company and to develope training based strategies to assist in the resolution of those deficiencies. Then assess what financial impact could be expected from those strategies. I then developed and administered the seminar based training to the management team and supervision.
