For over three years I have had the privilege of being the technical communications/Implementation manager at Lead Liaison. The skills I have learned have taught me to focus on client experience through industry-leading software and support. I love working directly with subject matter experts, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, and creating different types of support material for a variety of audiences.Being a smaller company, Lead Liaison often develops new features based on client feedback, and it is my job to document them. Recently, a client would only sign on if we developed support for inbound webhooks, and we only had two weeks to do it. Since I was unfamiliar with webhooks, I set a meeting with the project lead during the feature’s development. In the meeting, I followed along until I had a working knowledge of how our system would receive and parse incoming webhooks in JSON format. Then, I created detailed product documentation, but I felt like we could do more. I created a training video based on the client’s specific use case. The client was thrilled to see the feature early, and we secured an $18,000 contract.I pride myself on learning and applying new concepts quickly. I have a passion for communication, and a drive to work as effectively as possible.
