With more than 17 years of experience in HSE, I am Senior HSE Manager at EuroChem Brasil, a leading company in fertilizers and agricultural solutions. I am responsible for HSE processes and programs at mixing and distribution units in South America, managing a team of 30 professionals and ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety standards and legislation.My mission is to develop teams and people, designing strategies and programs for cultural evolution in prevention, using Hearts & Minds and Bradley methods, focusing on results, building sustainable processes, risk management, audits, training, and controls. Among the main results I achieved, I highlight the 80% reduction in accident rates with and without lost time at Eurochem's 20 units, the implementation of quality and laboratory management programs and processes at Biosev, and the preparation and conduct of Due Diligences in acquisition and integration processes. I am an Electrical and Safety Engineer, with an MBA in Business Management and a postgraduate degree in Environment and Sustainability. I am passionate about HSE and the development of people and organizations.
