Current• Project delivery and documentation of switchroom footing designs and process facilities for FMG Iron Bridge and VRX Silica Muchea Mine. Ensured all project deliverables were delivered to the client on schedule.• Provided support on technical queries for Lynas Kalgoorlie Wet Circuit 1 and 3 and GoldNet steel fabrication workshop to provide a solution to any queries that arise.• Provided project engineering support for the manufacturing of telecommunication towers and guyed masts for Hastings Rare Earth and Water Corporation Karratha in estimation, tenement leasing, site share coordination and procurement resulted in 25% total cost savings. • Created federated models of mining and telecommunication facilities based on survey data from LIDAR, GIS, orthomosiac and DEM to 3D models such as piping, steel, earthwork and concrete structures for Lynas Kalgoorlie Wet Circuit 1 & 3, VRX Silica Muchea Mine and Rio Tinto Tom Price. Resolved clashes accurately before construction with AutoCAD (including Civil3D and Advance Steel), Navisworks Manage and ReCap.• Collaborated successfully with diverse SMEs such as engineers, human factor consultants, architects and PTA on the commissioning of the Metronet Baywater Station SER facility. • Developed and checked structural/concrete 2D drawings and 3D models with AutoCAD and Revit for mining and telecommunications facilities for VRX Silica Munchea Mine, Lynas Kalgoorlie Wet Circuit 1 & 3 and Hastings Rare Earth.• Recently initiated the application of FDM 3D printing from steel fabrication 3D models for low-cost rapid prototyping of new steel components with sustainable PLA plastic.• Developed and maintained a CAD library for standard detail documentation, client CAD builds and future BIM implementation.
