I am used to work with my team and in close collaboration with Product Owner, stakeholders and other managers and leaders within the organisation. I am focused on promoting continuous improvements, supporting good working environment for agile software development, driving and supporting agile transformation, as well as promoting cross-functional work and agile culture.I like to coach, mentor and servant-lead Scrum teams, to promote and support relentless improvements and to facilitate Scrum events and SAFe ceremonies.
