About Christopher Sadler

Graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management. Chris has spent the entirety of his career in the commercial real estate field. The first ten years were spent with Prudential Real Estate Investors in Houston and New York and Baring Brothers, LTD in New York and London. During this time, he was directly responsible for over $1.5 billion in transactions. During his tenure with these institutional players, Chris was instrumental in devising and implementing the creative and often complex structures necessary to acheive the goals of his clients. Chris left the world of corporate finance to pursue investment and development projects for his own account. In 2005, Chris was instrumental in founding Real Estate Value Advisors, REVA Management Advisors and the REVA Catalyst Fund. In 2014, through a public Reg A offering, Allegiancy, LLC was formed through merger with REVA Management Advisors and is poised for rapid growth through acquisition.
