As the Business Career Peer Advisor at Bradley, I help prepare students for life after college. I help students with resumes and cover letters during weekly drop-in hours and collaborate with student organizations to host career-oriented workshops. My goal is to provide a custom experience for each student I work with to ensure they have the information they need to be successful in their job search. I am also working internally on a data analysis project to measure the impact of career center visits on students’ post-graduation job outcomes.

Analyzed over 20,000 service quotes to provide insights on how dealers use the Cat Calculator Web application (frequency of estimates, machine types, sale costs, etc.). Starting out, I ran exploratory SQL queries to analyze app usage over time and learn the database. I also used SQL to create views and eventually created Power BI dashboards, which I presented to the Vice President of Service Distribution.

Collaborated with corporate representatives to host tours, panel events, and IT presentations. As the Marketing Chair, I also led a social media campaign that increased subscriptions by 25% and a recruitment initiative that added over 20 students to the organization.
