I have been applying the four absolutes of quality when performing a task to achieve the best result. All work is a process which is a collection of linked tasks/activities, and therefore there is always room for improvement. I always explore new approach to perform a task and adapt/develop best practice in performing a role. There is no one size fits all methodology. Applying the 80/20 rule to a methodology, 80% of the ideas in the methodology are applicable and the other 20% needs to be adapted, improved or discarded.I adopt a ‘business-owner’ work mentality with strong work ethic and undertake new roles/ad hoc tasks and leveraging the opportunities to acquire new knowledge, deepen my skills and achieve cost savings. I gain insights information and recommend changes to improve the existing processes. The new knowledge and skills also help me in performing my main roles.Two facts about perception are: 1 Prospects and clients are looking for good listener and advisor who can connect with them, uncover their real needs, provide insights and deliver solutions that bring maximum value to their business. 2 The best people(outcome) of a business are right hires(goal) who can adapt fast and become productive employees.
