• Port Everglades Check-in Staff: Royal Caribbean’s Oasis Of The Seas and Independences of The Seas • Maintaining level of accuracy and speed in the check-in process

• Working with pilots and flight attendants• Knowledge of the contract for all crew members • Notify crew-members of duty assignments via phone• Replace missing crew-members• Overseeing revere flight attendants • Monitoring flight plan for delays • Commutation with the dispatch team with flight issues

• Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport • Greet passengers at curbside• Ensure sufficient number of cabs into the airport• Preparing shift reports regarding deviating from normal operations• Identify and report any safety issues • Communicate with cab drivers as well as coworkers and supervisor

Assist guests with selection of racquets, stringing and foot ware • Racquet stringing as needed• Buyer: Head, Donnay and Pro Kennex racquet companies • In store tennis lessons• Receiving new inventoryPTR and USPTA Certified

• Assist guests with proper selection of tennis equipment and apparel• Promote Golfsmith within the tennis community• Promote “Team Awards”• Stay current with all publications and information within the industry• Sole racquet stringer and technician• Direct liaison with corporate office, vendors, suppliers, etc.• Special Projects: o Tennis Appreciation Night, West Palm Beach, FL o International Tennis Championships, Delray Beach, FL 2008, 2009 (Lead Tennis Specialist and Corporate Sponsor)
