I have worked in the credit union space for the last 18 years and I feel very passionate about the credit union movement. With 18 years of experience and titles of teller, loan officer, lead teller, teller trainer, training manager, branch manager, accounting manager, and now member experience manager, I am confident in my understanding of how credit union success is achieved from both a back-office and front-line perspective. Of the 17 years I have spent in this space, 15 of them have been in a management position. I believe that people matter and my goal has always been to create a positive experience for employees and members alike. My latest opportunity, as VP, member experience, has provided the opportunity to become familiar with digital service offerings and how to network with vendors as we improve operational efficiencies through the use of technology.
