Amongst the 1st few business hires globally, I juggled product partnerships, marketing and sales working with multiple industry verticals and CPaaS/ISV partners. Ran on-ground research for product teams, working with clients and helped improve the product. Crafted the go-to-market strategy and built the team in India and reported to the country head. At Flipkart, I headed the consumer electronics category and learnt a lot about the digital customer life-cycle while running a large growth P&L and a team which I onboarded and mentored. At Saavn, I drove innovative new ideas for driving adoption of subscriptions, launched prepaid cards and once again, worked closely with the product teams on UX. I have been a mentor, panelist and guest speaker for startups at Microsoft Ventures, Numa, Village Capital and Google for Startups Accelerator.
