CurrentChristopher J. Kutner is a Partner with Rivkin Radler’s Health Services and White Collar, Investigations and Compliance Advisory Defense Practice Groups. Chris leverages his expertise across both practice areas to provide aggressive representation of clients’ interests. He focuses on managed care contracting, dispute resolution and compliance, and represents healthcare providers who are being audited or investigated by local, state, and federal bodies. His experience includes representing managed care organizations, physician groups, hospitals, and ancillary service providers, including laboratories, health care benefit administrators, and suppliers of medical equipment. Chris’s practice includes advising providers in Western and Northern New York and he is admitted, and practices law, in Connecticut.
