Clients are from various industries including manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution, hospitals, real estate, and construction.Prepares financial analyses and projections, as well as risk rating scorecard, based on data gathered to determine capacity of the client to pay off loans and interest.Prepares credit proposal with all the information gathered and internal tools to be presented to the Credit Committee and Executive Committee.Conducts interview and ocular inspection with client to determine their risk profile.Collaborates with Account Officers / Relationship Managers in the loan packaging while identifying credit risks and acceptable mitigants for recommendation to approvers.
