I am a founder, designer, architect, and community builder. In 2013 I co-founded A01 a boutique architecture and design studio with operations across Southeast Asia. My journey continued in 2015 with the establishment of CAUKIN Studio, born from my love for travel, design, and architecture. At CAUKIN, we are dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities in emerging markets across Africa and Asia through thoughtful, high-quality design. Our collaborations with local communities have led to projects that significantly enhance their everyday lives.In 2018, I joined Greenhouse to explore what it takes to be part of a fast-growing tech startup and the experience has been great. As an early employee, I explored roles in community building, partnerships, HR, and brand experience. Those unique experiences have helped me to learn a lot of valuable lessons on how to be a better founder while building businesses that are good for the environment and support local communities.
