Inequity between schools in Sweden is now a main concern. Largely due to the current market situation. Reinforcing equity and preventing that it gets worse is crucial for the Swedish school as a whole. The only player with the power to do exactly that is the National School Agency. Collaborating with Schools, Communities and Universities in unity will make.

When the national agency for school improvement closed in 2008 we figured schools will still be demanding this service. So we provide support and education for leadership teams in municipalities and schools in improvement projects. Focus have been on leadership, quality management and assessment.We´ve been working with more than 50 different municipalities.

I was working as a consultant on the national project improving Science Education throughout the Swedish Education System. When the project manager left for another position in January 2015 I filled the gap after her for half a year. Very demanding but also a very valuable experience.
