With a little bit of imagination, anything is possibleAs a child, I was a real curious George. I was – and still am - very fascinated by how things worked, and I spent my time taking things apart, examining and reassembling them (and most of the time things still worked after my intervention). My mom was very happy, I’m sure.This fascination has led to me to learn new tasks quickly and grasp the bigger picture but also the details. I always want to learn more and challenge myself. This is one of the big reasons why I advanced from technician to project manager and now have my own office with two project managers and 19 technicians. My own office! Today, I manage everything from coaching and development to recruitment, customer care and budget, all while running multiple projects. Team spirit is central to my work life. If the team isn’t happy and thriving, I’m not happy and thriving. That is why I strive to create a work environment where everyone feels involved and appreciated, and where we can stand by one another when the going gets tough, and just as importantly, celebrate successes together. Working closely with other people and growing together gives me energy.
