The brain is a piece of advanced engineering with only one task, to make the herd survive.Effectively, the emotion-driven parts of the brain takes control of our lives. Reason and logic have to settle with playing the second violin.Yet we tell ourselves that we are wise people and ignore the fact that emotions control us in all our choices. Small as well as large.In life we run around looking for herds. Trying to make them feel safe, to love us and to be needed.The brain is the same regardless of whether it is private life, at the club, B2C, B2B etc.I think like this whether I'm building a porch, arranging a walking tour or are working with a brand.What are your thoughts?Hjärnan är en avancerad konstruktion med bara en uppgift, att få flocken att överleva.Effektivt tar hjärnans känslostyrda delar kontroll över våra liv. Förnuft och logik får spela andrafiolen. Ändå intalar vi oss att vi kloka människor och blundar för att känslorna styr oss i alla val. Små säväl som stora.I livet springer vi runt och letar flockar. Försöker att få dem att vara trygga, att man blir älskad och man blir behövd.Hjärnan är den samma oavsett om det är privatlivet, föreningslivet, B2C, B2B etc.Jag tänker så oavsett om jag snickrar på en veranda, arrangerar en vandringsrunda eller arbetar med ett varumärke.Hur tänker du?
