By outstanding demand planning I optimized the stock levels whilst ensuring of products for the Nordic countries. Working closer to Commercial and frequent stock monitoring cost efficiency was improved with 25%. In launch projects I ensured supply chain related deliverables were fulfilled, so that launches went according to plan. Also responsible for VMI for the biggest customers in FI, NO and DK.I managed the inventory and supply of Baxalta products for the Nordics market, this is done through core activities of planning scheduling and low cover inventory management. Take an active role in launch management and many other supply chain initiatives.

Ran a project regarding import flows from third countries into the Nordic countries. In the completed project report I could show on annual cost savings of 300,000 Euros, whilst customer service was improved.

Responsible for and coordinated the test required to ensure that the current legal requirements were met. In addition, I ran improvement work associated with work processes, one of was about ensuring that legal requirements are always taken into account in product development or modification of products. Supported the sales companies worldwide in their efforts regarding national type of Scania products. It also included documentation and expertise. The job meant that I had frequent contact with Scania distributors, designers and purchasers.

Through market research, exhibitions, frequent dialogues with distributors / dealers, benchmarking, etc. I obtained the necessary information to start up and lead the pre-development projects, for future projects in the order of 50,000 to 2 million euros. Through my work I contributed to that Scania had a product portfolio that met the various market requirements. I also improved processes related to decision support which saved approx. SEK 1,000,000 per year.

Designed and did layout studies for tomorrow's trucks, studies that then constituted the technical part of the reports I wrote, which in turn formed the basis for future development projects.
