After graduating as an electrotechnical and mechanical engineer, my carier evolves from research and development jobs over product management. Since 2000 I obtained international experience in business development first in the the USA and Cananda and then in Asia Pacific. I was an expact in China for 2,5 years since 2010, based in Shanghai and Beijing.As business developer I have experience in strategic forward planning, operating with the tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets, methodical administration to deadlines and the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communciation, and esay personal inter-relations) I took P&L resposibility for my region.My interests in other cultures, together with the command of several European languages, have also left me confident in handling negotiations that require the reconciliation of different national approaches to otherwise common problems. My multicultural marriage helps me to think wide. My action radius is the whole word.
