Full P&L responsibility for Texas division. Responsible for customer experience, company culture and executing company strategic goals throughout the divisions. Approximately 80 direct and indirect reports.

Loveland, Co

Direct a team of technical resources in the design, deployment and maintenance of next generation wireless broadband networks throughout the state of Colorado. Ensure a cost-effective and efficient outside plan infrastructure which supports overall business goals. Maintain consistent interaction with the installation and customer case departments to prevent and proactively address issues concerning direct and indirect impact on customers.Lead team of 45 direct and indirect employees. Responsible for all recruiting efforts and for building team culture.Create and maintain capital budget, vendor relations, and contracts for all telecommunication tower sites.Provide ongoing network capacity management, performance management, and design services.

Manager for the Colorado Western Slope Field Services team that designs, installs, and maintains all the wireless networks and tower infrastructure. This includes licensed and unlicensed point-to-point and point-to-multi-point radios. Our territory covers from Aspen to Glenwood Springs to Grand Junction and down to Ridgeway, CO.

Managed all administrative and technical operations, with responsibility for four technical and customer service representatives, maintained both customer and vendor relationships, handled all financial aspects of the Society including budgets, billing, and accounts receivable. Installed, maintained, and updated all servers and network equipment that provided services for 3200 dial-up and 100 high-speed broadband customers.

Supervised four convenience store managers, implemented corporate policies, procedures, and vendor programs, coordinated all special events, maintained all in-store computer systems and corporate office computer systems.

Responsible for maintaining corporate presence on Fidonet, CompuServe, UNET newsgroups and forums, handled all advanced troubleshooting of customer modem problems over the phone, managed the SysOp Support Program which provided lower cost, high quality modems to system operators of Bulletin Board Systems (BBS).
