As a Portfolio Manager in the Group HR PMO I managed the following portfolio of work through the relevant stages of the programme lifecycle: - SAP HCM Global Template Programme;- HR Annual Performance and Reward Programme;- HR People Portal Project.Responsibilities included: Identifying, planning, prioritising, authorising, managing, reporting and controlling projects, programmes, and other related work, to achieve specific strategic business objectives. A strong focus was placed on Stakeholder Management; Change Management, Benefits Management.

As a Portfolio Assurance Manager in the Group IT PMO I partnered with business units to monitor and track programme delivery performance. I provided a variety of Portfolio Assurance and Advisory Services, which included:- Facilitating Portfolio Planning, Prioritizing and Budgeting and advise on Structure, Composition and Delivery Models of Projects / Programmes;- Monitor and Report on Project / Programme / Portfolio Quality and Performance;- Coach and Mentor Project / Programme Management in project turnarounds.

As part of the InStep Global Internship Programme I assisted the Global Academic Relations (GAR) Team in conducting a current state assessment and gap analysis in order to recommend performance improvement initiatives with a focus on information management, knowledge management and benefits management enhancements.
