I provide advice and support on internal communications to a range of different organisations. I create innovative and impactful communication strategies, develop clear narratives, bring purpose and values to life, coach leaders and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from CEOs to frontline colleagues. At Dixons Carphone, I worked closely with the COO to promote his plans to transform the retailer's selling channels and improve engagement among frontline colleagues, including during the pandemic. Prior to this, I led group employee communications at Marks & Spencer, making an important contribution to M&S and its ongoing transformation. I also led the retailer’s corporate PR team and have a background in PR consultancy, managing external communications for a variety of clients. I pride myself on my integrity, my ability to work collaboratively and my determination to make a positive and tangible difference.
