I'm an ambitious Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant by background with 10+ years of practice in all care settings. I shifted my interests to sales & marketing in 2017 for a new challenge. With my tenacity and medical background, I was extremely successful growing the patient census for a Home Health program that resulted in an increase in account partners and allowed the branch to grow their clinical team. That same year I was awarded, Rookie Sales of the year award. Since then, I transitioned into Primary Care business development as a Practice Ambassador and was a top performer for 3 out of the 4 years with that organization. My territory also had the least provider turnover of our footprint as a result of my accountability and support to my team of NP's, PA's and MD's with their community and patient needs. The experience I gained from the Practice Ambassador role allowed me to further develop my skills in sales to overcome objections, deepen partner relationships by being a reliable and consistent resource, enhance my critical conversation abilities, gain new leadership skills, develop a large network of resources and partners. Currently, I was given the opportunity to be an Executive Director for Touching Hearts at Home's expansion into a new territory. We are in full on start up mode where I've been able to assist our owners in setting up a new office with our branding needs, contribute to new program ideas, provide input to improve skills training for our caregivers, support and help coach our business development team, build new relationships and partnerships in a new market, and contribute ideas of how to increase revenue, as well as client and caregiver satisfaction.
