Responsibilities included:- Analysing annual recruitment trends and liaise with Area Managers in developing effective recruitment strategies to ensure colleagues are recruited and trained for key trading periods and attraction costs are minimised - Coaching Area Managers in all aspects of people management to help them identify opportunities to improve employee retention and engagement within their stores - Supporting Area Managers with the recruitment and training of new colleagues for the opening of new stores- Coordinating and running training sessions for Store Managers, including the implementation and launch of a new e-learning system and a new store colleague training programme - Analysing regional HR analytics and presenting key findings and recommendations to the Regional Managing Director and Store Operations Directors- Regional Corporate Responsibility Champion Nationally, I worked alongside the central HR department on a number of key projects.
