I was the senior designer for Poetic Licence, Bed of Roses and Irregular Choice kids footwear.Poetic Licence and Bed of Roses are commercial, ladies fashion collections of shoes with a feminine vintage twist. I created both brands, including all of the graphics used for the branding. I work across all aspect of the brands from the initial trend research to sourcing materials, working with the pattern cutters to final sampling in the Far East and Portugal.Irregular Choice kids is an extremely colourful, fun yet practical collection of children's shoes.Previous to working at the Design asylum I worked as a milliner for Philip Treacy, working on the ready to wear and couture collections.I am extremely hard working, happy to work as part of or managing a team but also comfortable working on my own.I naturally have a fun, colourful, feminine, fashion, vintage, glamorous, quirky yet commercial design handwriting but I am also very adaptable to other styles.I enjoy working in all aspects of design as well as the making/technical side.
