Clair also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt therapy when working with clients to address their most pressing challenges. Clair believes in meeting her clients where they are and works with them to achieve their goals. As a Consultant, Clair provides thought partnership, strategic advising and change management support to individual leaders and their staff in the non-profit, public and private sectors. Clair's expertise lies in racial equity, non-profit management, strategic planning, strategic partnerships, operations management, leadership and supervision.  As a Public Speaker, Clair is passionate, engaging, purposeful and intentional.  As a trainer and facilitator, Clair understands the importance of connecting with the individuals in the room while also leading and managing the group as a collective. As a Facilitator, Clair is skilled at seamlessly leading groups through a reflective change process, meeting the needs of the group as a collective while also attending to the individual needs of those in the group. Through levity and fun, Clair helps participants to ease past their discomforts and “lean in” to the opportunity for transformation through learning. Clair has been conducting trainings and facilitations on a wide range of topics for ten years. In this role, Clair was responsible for developing and leading the implementation of the Talent and Workforce Development Strategy with the use of a racial equity lens. This strategy included the development of six core strategies for the department to implement on behalf of the organization. These strategies supported: Opportunity Youth, Jobseekers & Job Candidates, Employers & Businesses, Direct Service Providers, Individuals seeking Professional Development & Career Advancement opportunities.

I'm responsible for overseeing the implementation of the organization’s workforce strategy and working with the leadership team to develop, design and implement innovative workforce strategies that will help ABC achieve its’ mission.
