Since July 1999 to present day I have worked for RJB Mining / UK Coal Mining Ltd at various sites including Hicks Lodge Surface Mine, Moira, Leicestershire, Long Moor Surface Mine, Ravenstone, Leicestershire, Lodge House Surface Mine, Derbyshire, Huntington Lane Surface Mine in Telford and at present Minorca Surface Mine, Leicestershire.My work includes the following:Time sheet input for Surface Mine employees including Thoresby and Kellingley.Dealing with wage queries and record employee absence records.External Plant Hire ordering and deal with any invoice queries.On site Heath and safety, risk assessment and Induction administration. Attend and minute Safety Committee meetings on site.Check and clear all site invoices for payment using SAGE 50 software.Ensure all deliveries to site are directed safely to the correct area of site.Order all site approved PPE.General administration duties including answering telephone, filing etc.Source equipment, materials, goods etc from outside suppliers and follow UK Coal’s companies policies contained in the 9001 systems manual.
