Customer Experience is the most important part I can control in my job and I make no apologies for that being my focus everyday. I provide my Customers and those that deal with Bunzl Greenham the sort of service you would expect to receive yourself. By being a problem solver I am keen and able to work under pressure. I enjoy many things about my role, especially product sourcing as well as selling the standard items we are known for. I have a confident attitude to selling as over the years I have become comfortable and knowledgeable on a huge range of products and applications. Not only am I ambitious and effective but the most essential skill for me is the quality of service I give people , they continue to rely on me to solve their supply and service issues and requirements and to me , that is the best endorsement anyone can give. Customer experience is really important to me and is at the centre of what I do every single day.
