Developed the role from a part-time purchase invoice processing role to becoming responsible for the following:Responsible for the purchase ledgers across the group, planning and actioning all payments in 4 currencies to our suppliers located all over the world, paying from various banks in various countries.Making statutory payments to government bodies in various countries.Tracked cashflow in over 30 bank accounts, held in four currencies, with basic forecasting for the FD to use. Also reconciled all the bank accounts.Control Import Loan facility, including requests and repayments.Request invoice finance drawdowns as requiredReconciling the large supplier accounts and the prepayment duty accounts, both in Mexico and the UK.Petty cash reconciliation in 3 currenciesProcessing all expense claims in various currencies and reimbursing the employee where necessaryIntroducing and maintaining processes to handle factory suppliers that have different payment terms per invoice depending on delivery port, customer payment terms and shipping termsSupported 3 other members of staff in their day-to-day activities
