I worked a Personal Assistant and Marketing Assistant. My job involved the normal administrative duties, including dealing with the mail, answering telephones, booking appointments, payroll and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Furthermore I had to arrange Marketing campaigns and Advertising materials.Responsible for proposing and assisting the firm in developing and implementing selected marketing initiatives.

My job required me to do various jobs including administrative work. I assisted the Accounts Manager, updated databases aswell as most administrative duties for example photocopying, filing, answering the telephones, typing, faxing and cashiering. The job consisted of many roles including receptionist, cashier, mail attendant, telephone receptionist, accounts assistant and information officer.
