I have over 21 years experience in the Document Scanning and the Document Management World. We formed Phoenix in 2008 following 9 years experience within our family business. I spent time gaining knowledge of the microfilm industry and subsequently the digital imaging industry. I have worked within the accounts department; sales and bureau to gain full knowledge of the process, start to finish. Since launching Phoenix, our goal is to make the decision to move towards a paperless office a painless, seamless experience. We have a very varied customer base and pride ourselves on being able to provide advice, recommendation and support to all existing or potential customers areas of need or concern. We have multiple recommendations that speak for themselves and aim to build on our vast experience and knowledge by becoming known as the company to deal with in our home town of Luton, London and the home counties. We know a company's data is key to its survival, whether this be the maintaining of records or the ability to recall a document in the blink of an eye. This requires a great deal of trust, something Phoenix's customers always have, we even manage to maintain highly competitive pricing with a true reflection of the job in hand and go that extra yard to complete and fulfil what we have agreed to do.
