In past 9 months I have project managed a variety of system integration projects with the EPIC EPR Programme. These have included showing a fast adaptation to managing teams, different project scopes and deliverables all at once. Using an Agile methodology leading on 5 digital integration pieces at one time.Also demonstrating flexibility and willingness to react to needs of Digital Services to interchange to new projects at short notice. These have included project managing digital and medical equipment from NHS England Unified Tech funding awarded to Frimley Health for Maternity Hubs and process driven project to enable scanning of Maternity Handheld Antenatal notes in preparation for FHFT to become digitalised.
