Protecting and evolving the Andrew Ingredients brand.Championing company values and making sure that they run through all aspects of the business.Management of the company’s health and wellbeing programmes and initiatives including liaising with third party providers and ensuring that all initiatives are aligned to our company values.Responsibility for ensuring the company’s property, vehicles and assets reflect the company's high standards.Growing and evolving the link between the sales and marketing functions, focusing on customer development projects and managing the flow of new business leads through website and social media platforms.Developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy alongside Marketing Manager. Developing projects to engage directly with suppliers and customers on collaboration and innovation.Website content management: products database, general content updating.Management of social media strategy and platforms alongside Marketing Manager. Setting, coordinating and implementing the Company’s event programme.Enquiries database management and potential customer research.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager setting an annual timetable of events.Analysis of previous activity and advising on improvements and alternative ideas.Types of events range from corporate golf days for 60-70 people to special events for up to 200 people.Producing social media content and website content management.

Responsibility for sales, development and management of external roadshow and outside broadcast events.Recruitment and management of street teams – promotional staff.Manage road crew and external contractors for events.Devise, develop and implement marketing strategies as part of a team.Assist in developing and have responsibility for existing and new additional revenue streams including telephony and web.Assist the department with the sale and execution of promotions and sponsorships. Look after station branding and merchandise.Co-ordinate and manage the station vehicles.Aid in the overall day-to-day marketing activities within the station.Assist in the maintenance of website content and Facebook updates.

Delivery of effective and compliant customer communications.Provide support on marketing projects & campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.Website maintenance and development, update and maintain Intranet.Liaise with external agencies in the design and delivery of marketing material.Manage invoices and update budget database as appropriate.
