Westgate Property Services is the parent company of WPS Plastering Contractors who specialise in internal and external plastering, rendering solutions and external wall insulation throughout the East Midlands. I have continued to build on our reputation by identifying new business opportunities within the sector working closely with manufacturers, suppliers, architects and contractors ensuring WPS are a preferred contractor. In addition I have built our own database for all projects enabling better analysis of the business now and in the future as well as ensuring all our policies are kept up to date, training opportunities for employees keeping them safe and up to date with techniques and products.

Analysing the way in which processes are completed within Central Networks and to identify and deliver improved business processes including IT changes. I worked on a number of projects including implementing Lean, helping to develop the SAP programme changes and improving the SHE processes.

Analysing and identifying improvements in business processes for Powergen moving into E.ON. Mainly working in new product development within the Residential sector I looked at developing product bundles that may go to market. Previous roles within this job were to help to identify and resolve issues with migration of systems following an acquissition. I have also identified, analysed and help identify solutions within the current live systems working with call centre and back office staff.

Primarily to answer calls on the customer service line however my role extended to become a focal point in identifying and managing issues with the IT systems and providing updates from the IT department to colleagues and managers. I was also part of the initial launch of the telephone system package helping customers to install and use the package.
