As a Director and Key Principal at the Wander Collective, I am deeply passionate about regional, rural, and remote Australia. My focus is facilitating strategic planning for clients, leveraging regional assets, acknowledging local strengths, and fostering economic development. At Wander we specialise in identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining processes, and sustaining work. We are known for breathing new life into dormant initiatives and providing clients with clear roadmaps to success. Together with my business partner Jade Malanczak, we have been acted in the GM role for the Goldfields Aboriginal Business Chamber Inc. for the 6 months in Kalgoorlie WA, created a 10 year plan for the Cannery Arts Centre in Esperance WA, run the Wagyl Kaip Southern Noongar Aboriginal Corporation's 2024 Ranger Summit in Albany WA, and are currently acting in the General Manager role for the peak Arts and Culture body for the Goldfields-Esperance region, covering over 950k sq km of Western Australia.My core competencies include strategic planning and organisational development, business management and planning, human resources and staffing, and graphic design, marketing and branding. I excel in innovative ideation, strategic reactivation, and large-scale event and project management; creating actionable outcomes through meticulous planning, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion. I am also passionate about regional development and community empowerment, and I leverage my many years working in consulting and engagement in regional WA to create positive impacts for clients, stakeholders and community.
