Capturing the beauty and powerful grand landscapes of Maine is my inspiration. As a plein air painter, the infinite beauty of nature has always been my subject since moving to Maine when I was young. Spending time in nature observing the views has a calming and peaceful effect on me. There’s a hidden voice coming through the salt marsh sparrows swooping and diving in step with the wind. It’s a sky dance. A breathtaking experience, in those quiet moments when all the hustle and bustle of life disappears. I know I’m not alone. I can sense a creator orchestrating all the beauty around me. As a co-creator I try to capture those “wow” moments when the landscape just lights up and says look at me!
