• Senior Short term Lending mandate (Bridging) £750,000 and Long Term Lending Mandate £350,000, unlimited LTV• Underwrite bridging loan applications from initial enquiry through to completion, adhering to FCA Regulations, company policy and procedures and maintain service level agreements• Underwrite Refurbishment BTL applications (a bridging loan and a BTL re-mortgage application offered simultaneously to guarantee an exit strategy for the short term loan) from initial enquiry through to completion, adhering to FCA Regulations, company policy and procedures and maintain service level agreements• Ability to make lending decisions and rationale lending criteria based on risk• Point of contact for and management of Premier Panel Packager cases• Contact for Brokers and Packagers calling ad-hoc to discuss bridging requirements/policy• Management of own case load to include liaising with Brokers, Packagers and Solicitors to enhance the customer's journey• Assessment of Portfolio Landlord and Top Slicing applications
