Leading the development and delivery of the Department’s business strategy, partnering stakeholders within DWP and in other government departments to identify and implement changes that improve outcomes for citizens and reduce cost.

Leading a fantastic multi-disciplinary team in designing, transforming and delivering Universal Credit labour market policy to support our customers in finding work, move closer to the labour market and providing a safety net for those who can't work. Working across operations and the UC Programme to ensure operational colleagues have the confidence and capability to translate our policies into delivery and excellent customer service.
