this was the 2nd year, I worked with a client from Dubai, this was remote work, and managing time zones - as detailed below.

Account management of an Annual report for a company based in Dubai, this was achieved remotely, My role involved:- Managing and facilitating the ‘production team’ between 3 time zones: US, Dubai, and UK (Strategic consultant based in Florida USA, Client based in Dubai, Design & project management based in UK)- Defining and developing schedules – including highlighting/notifying all ‘team' members of key dates and approaching deadlines- Arranging regular conference calls for all key team members, including high level Board management where necessary - Ensuring meeting agendas and minutes are recorded, distributed – and all actions are highlighted and followed up- Managing third party providers (photographers, copywriters, proof readers and specialist typesetters) - Overseeing each stage of project – in summary the design, copy, typesetting, proofreading stage, up until final artwork handover to print.
