I'm a highly motivated individual with a vast range of key skills including event management, data analyse and digital marketing. This variety of key skills enables me to work on a much larger scope of projects and I find myself thinking outside of the box to achieve a higher level of results, whatever the challenge may be. Enthusiastic and hardworking, I have been referred to as ‘a data geek with a personality!’. I am extremely organised (I love a good spreadsheet) with excellent IT skills. Possessing a positive, cheerful nature, I am presentable with a keen eye for detail. In my spare time I enjoy building websites for friends, family and local businesses using the platform wix. I also support a business which I helped co-found called Madina Clothing. Madina Clothing began in 2016 and is one of my key achievements. After spending some time volunteering at the charity WYCE in Gambia, myself and two other friends decided to set up a business which would support the charity further whilst we were back in the UK. We get clothes and jewellery which we’ve designed made in the Gambia which in turn helps to generate a sustainable income to the fabric supplier, tailor and jeweller. We then sell the products at festivals around the UK, donating a percentage of our profits to the charity WYCE which also helps to create awareness for this wonderful cause. We were awarded the SPEED Plus Project grant for our business idea which enabled us to start up the business.
