Over the last 25 years I have worked in the property, finance and the travel industry. I have travelled around the world and have in depth knowledge of UK, Europe, USA, South Africa and New Zealand. I have had financial experience as a Bookkeeper for a construction company in London for seven years.In Italy I was a Relocation Specialist and Translator assisting foreigners moving to Italy with their property purchase, renovation and relocation. In South Africa, I initially spent six years as a Tour Operations specialist for a Tour company specializing in outbound and inbound school tours. I have dealt with High Net Worth Individuals in the Property Surveyance field as a Remote Operations Coordinator for S-RM. Currently I am a Property Practitioner in Pretoria. I cover sales and Lettings. I have working knowledge of the different Property Acts in South Africa, Estate management and deceased estates, working in conjunction with bond originators and banks on repossessed properties, trusts and deceased estates. As a Sales agent I do valuations, source properties and buyers and collaborate with conveyancers through to the final sale completion and key handover. As a lettings agent , I manage residential properties, find and source tenants, deal with conflicts, municipalities and financial aspects or sale and lettings.
