- First point of contact for employees and line managers on complex employee relations issues- Coaching line managers on performance management issues- Supporting and design the review of HR policies and procedures- Identify and implement internal and external learning and development requirements- Recruitment and selection for senior management, account managers, customer service and support service roles - Advising employees of companies policies and procedures surrounding family policies- Carry out grievance and disciplinary procedures- Co-ordinate annual staff survey: administration to analysing results and presenting at senior management meeting - Report directly to UK managing director - Conduct sickness reviews

- Complete monthly payroll for all UK and Irish staff- Manage company car fleet- Organize company events and meetings- Induction to new employees- Assist with recruitment of junior positions - Monitor company sickness and administration of sickness review procedure- Holiday Recording- Administration of company benefits- Supporting HR Manager and HR Adviser in other HR and Administrative duties
