Dublin

To manage the department on a day to day basis whilst balancing strategic goals of the company. To run all aspects of the store operations in line with company objectives. To ensure that procedures are in place, driving them, monitoring them and putting corrective actions in place when necessary for all the following: store procedures, KPI's, customer service, stock management, people management and cost control.

South King Street

Deputy manager in the Ladieswear department. Key responsibilities;-Covering the store manager in her absence -Managing all HR issues for the department. Payroll, hours, budgets, staffing issues, etc. Having a close working relationship to the regional HR manager. -Training and Developing a team of 2 managers, 2 merchandisers and 30 staff.-Product. Having a huge involvement and knowledge of the product to ensure product allocation, merchandising and product needs are all being met in store. Weekly phone calls to the product department in Spain. -Working with KPI's and all sales reports available to ensure department is performing in all areas.

responsible in the blanchardstown store. I previously worked as a responsible in the Henry Street store, a flagship store for ZARA Ireland, for a period of 6 months. My key responsibilities are: Managing hours in line with budgets.Driving sales to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets. Managing and Developing a team of 20 staff to ensure needs of the business are being met.Merchandising to meet company guidelines.Communication with higher management and product managers in relation to sales.
