As a Student Support Tutor I ran drop-in tutorial session for 1st and 2nd year chemistry students, where students could ask for in-depth explanations about any topic in teh course work

Ph.D. in physical chemistry was conferred in august, 2022. My research project was the investigation of a self-assembling substituted oligoamide nanomaterial, specifically the charactistion of the system using SANS/SAXS, AFM and FT-IR. During the course of my Ph.D. candidature, I have planned and implemented experiments on an independent basis to ensure high quality data was obtained and processed on schedule. I have extensive experience in data analysis from raw data up to publication. This has involved in-depth analysis of data outside the standard use of the techniques and has required lateral solutions to find suitable analysis. I am comfortable in researching, and in some cases devising, novel pathways to analyse complicated data sets to get the most information out of experimental data.
