The LEAD program is a three-year management training program designed to develop the skills and knowledge to be a successful leader at TowneBank. This program includes multiple three-month rotations throughout our headquarters in the Hampton Roads region. The final year consists of specific on-the-job training in one of the selected career paths. These paths include retail and private banking, commercial banking, Towne financial services, and specialized support services.
