I started a new position as the Associate Pricing Analyst at Wesco on September 12, 2022. From June through August 2022, I was the Project Administrative Assistant at Trinity Consultants, Inc.. I previously worked as a Records Specialist at the University of Pittsburgh from 2019-2022. In that role, I processed the daily gifts and pledges coming into the University. I also assisted with the gift processing department for UPMC. It required a great attention to detail as we often dealt with high priority or large donations. From 2016-2019, I worked as an Income Specialist at Dollar Energy Fund, a non-profit organization focused on providing assistance to those who are unable to pay for their utilities. My daily responsibility was to verify each customer’s income to determine whether or not they were financially eligible for our programs. In addition, my supervisor relied on me to assist with organizing the income that we received, and answering any e-mails from the customer service representatives in our call center. At times, it was hectic, especially during our grant season. However, with communication and a great attention to detail, we worked well as a team.I previously worked as a Shipping and Exceptions Associate at ModCloth, a vintage-inspired online retailer for women of all sizes. In that role, I was involved in each step of bringing an order together from gathering the products in the warehouse to printing the labels for delivery. I was trained in the Returns, Receiving, and Exceptions departments in order to gain a complete understanding of the fulfillment process. During the holiday season, I had the opportunity to be a Customer Care Advocate, in which I learned about the customer perspective, and how communication between departments is key in ensuring customer satisfaction.Before my experience at ModCloth, I had the pleasure of working with animals as an Adoption Counselor at the Animal Rescue League, and as an intern at the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium in the marine mammal department. In those positions, I was lucky enough to combine two of my passions, working with animals and exercising my organizational skills. Before those experiences, my first job as a Customer Service Associate at Cinemagic Theatres, which later became an Assistant Manager position, laid a foundation for my customer service skills and my ability to work well both on my own and in a group.I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Natural Sciences.
