As a project assistant on a small team, I am responsible for the archive's user support, data access application processing, and social media presence. I am also involved in the disclosure risk review process for analyses utilizing sensitive respondent data, analytics reporting, and communication with funding agencies.

Served as Research Assistant while attending school. Used SPSS, Lisrel, and Excel software to analyze large datasets, researching and contributing to manuscripts on topics including the Great Recession and the 2016 presidential election.

Co-founded Progressives at University of Michigan, a student organization focused on grassroots progressive activism in and around Ann Arbor. I served in several roles in this organization, but I am the most proud of the role I played in planning the Woman's March in Ann Arbor in January of 2017. This march drew an estimated 11,000 people, who I addressed as one of the speakers in the rally following the march. I was also a lead organizer in a similar Women's March anniversary event in January 2018.

Lansing, Michigan Area

Worked as an Finance Intern for the Michigan Democratic Party in Lansing for the summer of 2015. Did data entry regarding fundraising and MDP donors using party database. Helped organize mailings and fundraising campaigns.

Berlin Area, Germany

Won a scholarship from the German Bundestag to live in Germany and attend a German Gymnasium for my senior year of high school. Improved German skills through living with host family and attending classes taught entirely in German. Participated in cultural exchange activities including attending a German parliamentary session.
