Head of Recruitment Service for SCTS. I led the team to a centralised recruitment function in 2024. My key priority is ensuring HR strategy aligns with SCTS business plans.Working in partnership with Business Units to continuously develop and improve the recruitment practices.Provide Senior Management Information and reporting on recruitment activities.Assisting in the creation and ongoing management of recruitment policies; including operational processes, recruitment SLAs, ED&I, and Social Value Recruitment.Working with input and content from the Business Units; the creation and ongoing management of internal and external recruitment content including (but not limited to) new starter welcome packs, process guides, hiring manager guidance and inductions.Mapping and maintaining the end-to-end recruitment processes, working with the recruitment team to ensure these are fit for purpose and that candidate and hiring manager journeys are streamlined and positive.Supplier and External Partner Management- responsible for contract management of assessment providers.All aspects of governance including;Management of central event calendar for recruitment events.Working with People Systems Team to ensure we develop a great user experience, and continuous improvements to the ATS.Attend regular meetings with business units to ensure continuous improvement projects are being fed into and making progress eg moving to 35 hours working week.Ad-hoc project management and stakeholder management support of all SCTS recruitment projects.
