- Taking care of Asset Services Platform BU, covering around 300 FTE. Providing professional HR consulting, solution and necessary coach to function head to meet organization and business needs.- Provide talent acquisition support to function head, develop and implement recruitment strategies. In charge of annual HC budgeting and planning.- Partner with function head to drive and implement talent management program, including performance review, talent review, rotation plan, etc.- Optimize performance management system and design the reasonable incentive plan according to the business needs.- Work with COE to drive C&B program implementation, including salary competency analysis, salary adjustment and bonus plan.- Promote the organization culture to improve employee engagement.

- Work closely with business head to find best solutions through HR practices, processes and polices.- Responsible for HR daily operation, such as recruitment, training delivery and compensation & benefit。 - Collaboration with HR Corporation to facilitate HR initiatives proceed, like salary increment plan, promotion plan, bonus plan, performance review, talent review and succession plan, etc.- According to the business needs, work with COE to work out the training plan, develop training course, and facilitate the training program in the BU.- Develop HR vendor to support business needs.- Involve in dealing with employee issues and labor disputes, make the reasonable retention plan, terminate the staff in sunset project.- Set up and effectively implement internal communication system to promote company culture by means of different channels, e.g. company culture wall, lunch with management, etc.- Monthly HR report submission and maintenance, including monthly HC report, attrition analysis, organization chart, etc.

- Work with Corporate department heads to confirm annual headcount plan budget and recruitment plan.- Support Corporate & Site head on a variety of middle level above roles fulfillment.- Search for the right talent on demand, as well as organizing interview assessment.- Negotiate starting pay with identified candidates, and follow up the offer process.- Responsible for campus recruitment project. Work as project leader to interface internal cross-functionally, targeted universities and ensure high-quality, efficient and effective delivery of annual graduate hires to meet the timeline and company's needs.- Consolidate the recruitment channel resources includes headhunter, job board, new media, labor agency, to ensure that the recruitment channel usage effectively.- Compile and analyze monthly recruitment reports for functional review.

- Responsible for all positions recruitment, annual hiring HC 100+- Search and select resume, conduct the first interview then provide HR professional suggestion to the hiring manager.- Negotiate offer salary and other onboard detail, conduct reference check of middle level positions. - Develop and maintain the recruitment channel, includes job board, headhunter and campus.- Responsible for the new staff orientation.

- Deeply understand and analyze the recruitment requisition of client, mapping the target company and provide mapping list regularly.- Conduct phone interview and create the candidate recommendation report, arrange interview for client and candidates the follow up the feedback.- Negotiate offer salary and other onboard details.
