1. Managing and growing allocated accounts.2. Sourcing, developing and growing new business in the region.3. Work alongside a larger creative team and interact with clients, retail specialists, engineers and outsource suppliers to understand the requirements and possibilities of design.5. Be required to translate these considerations into solutions for our clients, bringing to bear all of your creativity and expertise.6. Internal co-ordination of all briefs in the studio.7. Administration of relevant documentation, cost estimates, purchase order numbers, prototype requests and work tickets.8. Manage timing and deliverables of several projects.9. Coordinate production and delivery expectations.10. Ensure all work is costed with purchase orders.11. Ongoing client liaison.12. 1. The Horeca Area manager role is responsible for the Horeca Trade Marketing and Distribution regional operational plan which focuses on Hotels, Nightclubs, Restaurants, Café’s, Shebeens and Taverns.2. The Horeca channel is a strategic channel within BAT due to its high frequency of ASU30 target market consumers within a restricted environment with limited contestable space.3. To execute Horeca and brand communication activities within the Horeca universe to meet brand, volume profit and TM&D objectives for the Horeca cluster.4. Identify and manage Horeca outlet information for the region.5. Achieve a high level of availability and distribution of strategic brands through effective Point of Purchase material placement, brand coverage and brand visibility principals.6. Build solid relationships with strategic HORECA owners /managers in order to capitalise on brand communication opportunities to target ASU30 consumers.7. Manage and implement HORECA initiatives as driven by Cluster as well as initiate own value added initiatives specific to the region8. Analysis of information, monitoring and providing feedback on trend developments within HORECA.9. Set and manage operational budgets for the region and measure ROI.10. Structuring and negotiating agreements with key outlets.11. Key account vending contract and negotiations with regards to SLA agreements, Planograms, Vending fronts, Brand Launches and events.12. Develop and motivate the team of Horeca representatives in the achievement of Horeca and Brand objectives by providing effective training, coaching and management.

1. Develop annual and ad hoc consumer engagement plans for all CRM activities in the region for the benefit of the brand and the overall business.2. All aspects of strategy to be cascaded down within the regional team to provide direction for all the activities of all individual team members.3. To develop the Regional Operational Plan whilst identifying and implementing monthly cycle activities and territory plans.4. Management of a team of Brand Consumer Relations Amplifiers to drive one-on-one communication, educating the consumer on the brand and driving brand awareness and generating trial amongst profile consumers.5. Effective Management of financial, human and other resources to ensure that the CRM function reflects the needs of the changing environment.6. Management of the Dunhill CRM budget in accordance with company procedures.7. Recruitment and implementation of best practice training to ensure the highest level of skills of all people to meet the business goals.8. Implementation of the consumer engagement model through one to one communication with Organised Events and Consumer Relations initiatives.9. Required thorough knowledge and implementation of legislation, marketing standards and the company’s code of conduct.10. Gathering, analysing and distributing relevant and defined information.
